Over the past 23 years, Lanham has worked as a manager of retail properties and in leasing of both operating and development properties. Projects include: Baltimore projects such as Harborplace & The Gallery, Mondawmin Mall, White Marsh Mall, Harbor East and Harbor Point, Belvedere Square, Charles Village Lofts and The Olmsted, 1200 N. Charles Street, State Center, The Elm, The Can Company, Brewers Hill, The Shops at National Place and Southwest Waterfront in DC, Plymouth Meeting Mall in Philadelphia, Westlake in Seattle, South Street Seaport in NY, Fenway Park redevelopment in Boston, American Locomotive, Dynamo Building and Royal Mills in Providence, American Tobacco in Durham, RJR Plant redevelopment in Winston Salem, Ships Tavern in Wilmington. During employment with Prime Retail, outlet projects in the following States were worked on: TX; MO; MD; OH, FL; IL; CO; SC and PA.

Jamie's experience and strength has been shown in the retail merchandising of urban mixed use projects to create an eclectic mix of national, regional and local retail talent. Many of these projects have won awards such as the Baltimore Business Journal's Heavy Hitter Award for retail leasing excellence.
